Since the perimeter is 45 each side is 7.5 (45 divided by number of sides).
Now the picture already divided the hexagon into one triangle, and you can make another triangle in the bottom left. You can isolate the middle part into a big rectangle and the right part into two triangles.
Area of rectangle: length * width
Area of triangle: (1/2) * base * height
