Boxer from animal farm lead to his own depression because he continued to work hard for Snowball and show loyalty to the oppressor. Boxer would always work hard into the night with little to no reward. He always stated "If Comrade Napoleon says it, it must be right," Because of this, other animals followed his lead because they have always admired his work ethic.
