let f(x)=x^2-4 and h(x)=x-4. find the following f(h)(-1/3)

You start with the h(-1/3) and plug in the -1/3 for x and solve.  -1/3-4=-4.333
Then you have f(-4.333)=x^2-4. So you plug in.  18.77-4=14.77
