Find the perimeter of this

Let W = width then length = 5W + 3  

Area = W(5W + 3) = 5W2 + 3W = 92  

5W2 + 3W - 92 = 0 has a negative root and the positive root = 4 (by the quadratic formula)  

The length = 23 and the perimeter = 2(L + W) 2 * 27 = 54

I dont know if this is right because I cant see the last part in less its like that
